these cupcakes turned out really super moist!!! Considering they had no eggs and no dairy. The picture was shot with our new Sony Cyber-shot DSC HX1

had some chocolate ganache and some store bought Butter cream ,mixed both ,till I liked the consistency and just slathered it on top of the cupcake
