Last week along with Ovolo Hotels, we made 250 cake pops to support The Society for the Relief of Disabled Children at The Duchess of Kent Children’s Hospital at Sandy Bay

We were very happy to bake personalised cake pops for Christina Noble Children’s Foundation Ladies’ Long Lunch which was a great success - raising close to HKD 1.2 million!

The best satisfaction is when the cake board is 100% finished and the kids as for a second bigger piece.

Innovation 2014

Once again, we were so happy to support and donate 100's of Mini Cupcakes and Cake Pops to The Innovation 2014 annual charity fashion show. 

This year, every penny raised from The Innovation show was donated to those in need, supporting ICM's (http://www.caremin.com/) work in the Philippines, they have been supporting those that are most desperate in the area since 1992.

Enlighten's "1 in a 100" Book

Just received our delivery of the lovely "1 in a 100" book byEnlighten- Action for Epilepsy, Hong Kong 啟迪會 We were so honoured to be asked to contribute a purple themed dessert recipe for this book. 

We just love the amazing illustrations in the book!!

"The book celebrates our tenth anniversary and includes ten stories of hope and courage of people with epilepsy in Hong Kong. It is also interspersed with fun facts, interviews, recipes and articles about our city and is beautifully complemented by illustrations of Lorette Roberts!"
