Gluten Free Tasting

Thanks to the full support and encouragement from a very dear friend, C, who is a fantastic baker and also happens to be a celiac, we are taking our first baby steps into the world of gluten free baking. Baking tried and tested recipes from our friend, who has been extremely kind and generous to teach us the ropes, and at times , testing new ones, at times failing, but slowly but surely we will conquer.

In this regard, we had organised a gluten free tasting session. So listed out all things that were there along with ingredients, so that everyone could see exactly what was in each item.

Hearty, Healthy Bejeweled Chocolate Bark made with dark Swiss Couverture chocolate, mixture of cranberries, sultana, currants, cashews, almonds, walnuts, pinenuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds,.....these are called chocolate Mendiants in France.

Madelines and chocolate brownies brought along by the super talented C.

Choice of cookies: Cranberry Hazelnut Biscotti,Choco Chip Cookie, Saffron Cardamom Pistachio Cookie.

Top shelf : Chocolate Almond Cake.

2nd shelf from bottom: Chocolate Orange Almond CupCakes, GF and Dairy Free Choco Banana Muffins.

Thank You! This is awesome because I just started eating Gluten Free Products and it is superb. I think many should eat organic food because food without the pesticides and chemicals means healthy living in the long run. They are not bad for you at all. :)
